Dental Plan Options

• PPO (Active or Passive)- Members enjoy lower out-pocket-costs and a choice of more than 73,000 network dentists' locations nationwide.
• Maximum Allowable Charge (MAC) Plans- Combined with a PPO for in-network savings, a MAC plan limits out-of-network reimbursements to a fee schedule or an optional Usual and Customary schedule
• Indemnity-Traditional fee-for-service plan that provides standard benefits for treatment by any licensed dentist
• Scheduled Plans- For groups looking for a low-cost alternative, their Scheduled Plan has 15 preset plan options; Available by itself or as part of a Dual Select plan.
• Dual Select Dental- Offers members a choice of two plans - a lower cost option and a higher-cost option - with the administrative ease of one plan (California plans can include DHMO).
