Group Dental Insurance

Founded in 1962,
BEST Life and Health Insurance Company ("BEST Life") has been providing affordable medical, dental, vision and life insurance products to employers. Their PPO and indemnity dental products are available for groups as small as 2 employees enrolling. Both products offer dental plans as employer-sponsored or voluntary. Employers can choose from a selection of national or regional networks, and all dental include a supplemental dental accident benefit at no extra cost.

IndemnityPlus Dental- IndemnityPlus is BEST Life’s passive PPO product that works like an indemnity plan. The same benefit levels apply in or out-of-network and members can take advantage of out-of-pocket savings when they receive care from a network dental provider. Basic and rich plan designs are also available along with child and adult orthodontia.

PPO Dental- These dental plans have in-network incentives (i.e. higher in-network benefits) and give members the freedom to choose any dental provider of their choice along with the cost-savings advantage of network participation. Employers can choose from a variety of basic to rich plan design options. Child and adult orthodontia is also available.

Voluntary Dental- If your group cannot meet the participation requirements of our employer-sponsored plans, it may qualify for the voluntary option of their dental products. Voluntary Dental Plans only require a minimum of five employees enrolling and 20% participation. In addition to offering the same plan designs as their employer-sponsored plans, voluntary plans allow employers the opportunity to offer a low-cost dental package to employees at no additional cost to the employer.
